Advise about making reservation through e-mail
1. Reservations through e-mail should be done at least two days in advance. If you wish to make a reservation one day in advance please make it by phone.
2. Please make sure that your web domain does not refuse our e-mail address before making applications or inquiries. If we are refused by your web-domain we can not send an e-mail to answer your questions or applications even if we received them.
3. Please make sure that your phone/cell phone number is accurately written before sending the e-mail.
4. After making a request by e-mail, you will receive an automatic confirmation e-mail. This e-mail may be regarded as junk mail depending on what e-mail service you are using, so please check the junk mail folder if it does not appear in your inbox. If you do not receive the confirmation e-mail in one to two days, please let us know by phone.
The entered personal information is used for inquiries and reservations, and then managed in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Law.
